We want attendees to feel confident before registering. This policy explains how refunds work for the webinar and optional add-ons.

If you feel the webinar did not deliver value, request a refund within 7 days of the live session. Please note: 5% will be deducted as a transaction fee during the refund process.

Email support@a2zmarketacademy.com or contact A2Z Market Academy through the WhatsApp details shared in your registration communication. Mention your name, phone number, registered email, payment reference, and batch date.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Please note that 5% of the refund amount will be deducted as a transaction fee. Bank or payment gateway timelines may vary.

Important Note

Refunds apply to the webinar and add-on purchase experience. They do not cover losses, returns, or outcomes from any mutual fund investment decision, because market-linked investments carry risk.
